I cant thank you enough for the kindness shown following the passing of our beloved little girl Chan. The love and compassion shone through when we brought her to you. Chan was my best friend and my shadow, she would follow me everywhere. She didnt like to be left on her own and when I explained this, you reassured me she wouldnt be. Your staff are a credit to you, and I felt so comfortable leaving her in your care knowing you would look after her. I collected her today and again received a warm welcome and words of comfort. Thank you for caring so much. It means such a lot at such a difficult time.

I sadly lost my dog last year in April, and Ive also very recently lost my cat, at the end of March. Both times using Companions haven, I cannot fault them at all, such a caring team, from the phone call to them to bringing them in to a beautiful little Garden summer house, where staff laid my babies in to a basket and carefully wrapping them in a blanket. We could spend as much time as needed to say our goodbyes, in such a peaceful setting. When I received their ashes they are beautifully presented, with a little card from the team. I will never allow any of my pets to go anywhere else when their time comes. Thank you for being so caring.

We received our beloved Stanley's Ashes back which was arranged through our vets, we just asked for a scatter Box as didn't have time to think about anything as Stanley went suddenly, the ashes came back with a keepsake of Stanleys fur and a paw print this was such a lovely surprise and showed how much you looked after our boy thank you so much for your kindness x

A fantastic and sympathetic service, we lost our beautiful Nyla and from start to finish we felt very much she was in caring loving hands, her ashes were returned in a beautiful casket, along with her paw print, a piece of her fur and a beautiful sympathy card. Would not have trusted my baby with anyone else
