Fantastic service! Receptionist (Toni) has been extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout. The speed between me bringing my car in and it being fixed was phenomenal. Brought it in on Wednesday afternoon and it was back to me by Friday afternoon, despite other garages advising it would take around 6 weeks. I noticed a few other comments about people having their cars returned to them looking brand new because it had been cleaned so well. I feel my clean was very average (and o my done front seats) but not going to lie, it was quite dirty so can understand why they didnt. It would have been a fantastic extra though

Initial communications good and Assessor polite, however when chased told car would not be looked at until following week Monday 3rd April when damage was reported to insurer on 24th March. So I have not been able to use car for all of this period. If work is carried out to high standard I may up review to 5* but disappointed with the amount of time without car.
