Order placed in December, not delivered and now ignoring my emails

My ordered arrived on time, but the protein tub was broken open with most of the powder spilled into the box, an absolute mess. I've tried to contact them on Facebook, email, twitter, nothing no reply, they literally took my money and are ghosting me. I'm so vexed I spent over 70, and all I got was a rock which was meant to be my beta alanine, and non usable protein powder. Ikram

I ve gave them 5 stars last night, but today i change my mind because i was all day waiting for my parcel and suddenly they sent me and update tracking saying they ve been asked to return it to the sender. I tried to call them, email them, etc, not answer, my parcel worth 130, which is lost atm. Dont buy here guys, sometimes is better to pay a bit more and get your stuff 100%.

honestly the worst experience ive ever had with a company, 15 days after the order was made we ring to find out what the story is, and they blame the courier who we proved never received the order and when we rang again the rudeness of the staff was outstanding, do not order from them, plenty of other companies out there who care about their customers and are at the very least civil over the phone.
