Affordable Skip Hire Bristol Ltd

We had hired 2 skips with this company - never again! First skip did not arrive on the day we had booked it for - we paid in advance and we were even asked if we had preferred time - I said first thing obviously.. Their number was not working, no one responds via email.. My husband found a random number of one of the drivers online, so we managed to get hold of them, they only delivered it the next day in the afternoon! We stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt and booked the collection and swap with them - again, didn't happen on the day arranged - we incurred more delays with the build because of them. Literally no communication, the skip was swapped 4 days later. No apologies and again, no communications. Moreover, the skip arrived was smaller than what we paid for - we raised it with them and they were adamant it was the correct size. We were treated like we were some sort of idiots and no refund for smaller skip.. Terrible service. Once we had asked them to collect the skip and told them we won't be ordering another one through them - the collection of course didn't happen on the day they said they would collect.. Overall - dealing with them was an absolute nightmare. Do not recommend. If you have a strict schedule - do not use this company. Also, they're not that affordable.. 330 for 8 yard skip.. Rip off.
