STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely terrible firm and should not be allowed to trade in this industry. Continually missed deliveries with no explanation and as you can see from other reviews, this is not an isolated situation! Awful customer services and no contact with depots! Will be reporting to OfGem!!!

Terrible service don't use. Ordered and paid for oil weeks ago for delivery by today. No oil delivery, can't track delivery , no-on answers phone or respond to e-mails within their time limit.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered via Boiler Juice. Guaranteed delivery deadline came and went. No oil, no contact, no update. When I eventually got through they couldn't tell me when they would be able to deliver. Several days later when chased again, said they would call back immediately. Still nothing. Won't answer phones. Oil tank empty. Seems our experience is not unique.
