We here so many negative stories about surgeries but I want to mention how brilliant the service is here , rang early morning, got a phone call back and saw a Dr within half an hour, just couldn't ask for more.

Absolutely disgusting refuse to see my friend because she cannot wear a face mask as she is medically exempt !!!. Mocked her and laughed at her. And then offered to treat her in the car park and told her she is a threat to their health!!. Vile !! Thought they were meant to have duty of care obviously not!! . Avoid this place !!!

Medical apartheid is rife in this surgery. I was refused treatment within the pratice for being medically exempt for a face covering, even though I have been seen before. Five people were involved in this suituation, even a another doctor from another pratice via text message to myself. Declaring i was a danger to the staff. Who also accessed my file without my consent. The staff wouldnt allow me to explain how many laws and acts they had broken and choose to use house policy over this. The only way i could recieve treatment is if i accepted to be treated by a staff member in the carpark. By the same staff member who apparently was scared to treat me in house as i was medically emept. This is not how you treat your patients. Doctors and nurses have a duty of care their patients. This was not fulfilled.
