They do not respond to complaints from locals when there are issues with their managed let's they are responsible for. There are ongoing complaints but no resolution after a long period hence the need to highlight. ***UPDATE AFTER PREVIOUS REVIEW *** After previous complaints from numerous neighbours, unacceptaple noise issues from their tenant remain not to dealt with from the same problem house they manage. After such a long time if nothing has been done it does not seem this letting agency deserves any better rating.

As usual Debbie and her team took us through the reletting as painlessly as possible. The letting was quick, at the right rent and at the right fee. Communication was excellent and we were very grateful for their assistance.

Just finished renting a house through Oliver Minton and would recommend them to others. I found everybody who worked at Oliver Minton really helpful both before and during the tenancy. We raised few issues during the tenancy, a tap was leaking and later a toilet (both wear and tear) and these were fixed quickly with no trouble. Plenty of prior notice if an inspection or repair was needed. I would recommend Oliver Minton to others.

Oliver Minton have provided a fantastic service throughout. Having never been a landlord before, they have explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. Communication with Debbie and her team has been brilliant. This has been a tricky project but Debbie and all the team at Oliver Minton have made it a very positive experience and we look forward to continuing working together. Would highly recommend.
