From first meeting through to the completion of the plans for our extension Dale has been extremly professional, reliable and always ready to answer questions and provide advice. Dale has been thorough in his effort to get the plans right and in giving us what we would like. His knowledge of planning and building is very impressive. He has followed the process through to obtaining planning permission and used his expertise to help us through this process, providing suggestions and support to problem solve when and where required. I've used Seven Nine for all of my building work for many years, and have always had 10/10 service. Dale (the owner) is meticulous, works with you to find the right result, quotes fairly (with no surprise add-ons), and he and his team are always a pleasure to have around the home. He's done loft extensions in my last two homes, and is about to renovate my cellar. Top drawer company.

Great Service provided by Dale at Seven Nine Design Services. He did the drawings and applied for planning permission for a garden room - even had multiple calls and information follow-ups with the planning office to get it through to permission as we live in a conservation area. Dale is always quick to respond to calls/emails and offers great advice. Would highly recommend for all your design and drawing needs.
