        Have been taking my Labrador here for some time now for both physiotherapy and hydrotherapy to help with his joint/muscular problems. The team are great and do a wonderful job but the management have set their own Covid restrictions which prevent owners seeing their pet undergo treatment and we are forced to sit in our cars and wait. This was perhaps understandable when the Omricon variant first came into circulation in early December but to continue those restrictions while the rest of England is getting back to normal feels like a deliberate ploy to keep owners out. Thus is inconsiderate, particularly when a pet might be stressed anyway.
