        Awaiting a RM delivery from Amazon (due two days ago), I checked the progress of the package only to see that it was 'zapped' as received by me yesterday - at the DO!!! I still have not received the package although, as far as Amazon are concerned, I have. Are RM falsely recording delivery to improve their stats? Or worse? I don't know and, with their ridiculous opening hours, it's difficult to check. Seriously not impressed.
