Just been to see Stephen at Aspen physiotherapy in Prudhoe for an hour this morning, I would highly recommend him if you are struggling with pain, he is very pleasant, knowledgeable and explains everything as he goes, he checked my range of movement in my neck and shoulder and came to the conclusion that one of my disks in my neck has leaked fluid onto the nerve root causing it to be over stimulated, he has shown me and gave me 4 exercises to do 3 times a day to try and eleviate the pain.

Absolutely brilliant service from Stephen at Aspen all the way through lockdown! The virtual appointments via FaceTime have been great. Stephen was able to see my injury and make his assessments of my movements then demonstrate exercises which he followed up with paper (via email) exercise sheets. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Aspen and Stephen even if you cant get a face to face appointment.

I recently attended Aspen Physiotherapy clinic and wanted to pass on my thanks to Stephen for a very professional and informative consultation. He explained everything so well and I left the clinic with a exercise plan in place that really will make a difference. Worth every penny and I cant recommend them highly enough

I cannot rate Steve highly enough. Very generous with his knowledge and understanding, told me everything I needed to know and gave me exercises to solve the problem, which I dutifully did. Kind, honest, and very reasonable prices.
