Thankfully we hadn't progressed with anything before encountering a rude and abrasive attitude. We were warned in advance too; but I like to take as I find. I've used numerous solicitors for property sales and purchases over the years and this is the first time I've ever not used the one I initially contacted. With respect to your reply. I did try to call you back as you are aware; and I understand your desire to soften any negative impact by shifting blame. Had you not done that, this response would be emailed and not made public. The issue was not with regards to the information passed as you can plainly see in my initial review (although I do find the necessity of a physical payslip rather than a PDF file a little antiquated) but the appalling manner in which it was relayed. I was warned by three people who have used you and never will again due to the appalling attitude of an 'older woman' who works with you. One was in dealing with a deceased estate, one dealing with power of attourney. The third was not divulged. This is a shared opinion of several people and I am sure there will be more out there. Obviously I cannot determine that it is or isn't the same person in this instance but I'd hate to think there was more than one member of your team with such terrible interpersonal skills. You can choose to consider this and address it..., or not; but you will only lose yet more business if you elect to ignore it.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Mr Neil Bates now on a number of occasions. I have, without except always found Neil and the entire team at the practice to extremely helpful and knowledgable. I would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the is company.
