Excellent experience using Agents Property Auction to sell our house. They achieved more than double the starting bid for us. I found the staff helpful and knowledgable, always a prompt reply to emails. They really did take the worry and stress out of my hands, Im very grateful to them and would highly recommend.

Be Very Very careful with this company !! Although some people seem to have had a good experience with agents property auction, but they were selling and I was buying , I have to say mine was not so good. Having checked before I began my bids on a property that I had 28 days to complete the sale, and after I had won the bid I checked again and was told yes 28 days . However the contract was changed to 14 days without any notice and in the form of an email that I could not open. The lady who was my contact at agents property auction denied changing the terms of the purchase but only after I had paid the auction fee and the deposit ( 4850) To further give me problems they sent incorrect information and pricing to my solicitors , this cost me extra time and money. If I had known that I had only 14 days to complete I would not have bid on the property, and only because of the hard work of my solicitors was the purchase and my deposit saved . Be careful that you don't get caught in the same trap

100% recommended. We needed a quick sale and werent getting any interest through a normal estate agent. Agents were very efficient in getting the property advertised and getting interest. With their help, we accepted a good offer before the auction date. No stress or mind games with the negotiation, we were able to speak honestly with them and that made everything very straightforward. The sale process was fairly uncomplicated although we did call them a lot with queries and questions! Throughout the whole process we found Agents incredibly efficient and helpful. Whenever we called they were able to give us an update on where we were at. These guys are professionals who are very good at what they do. We had complete faith in them throughout the process, they put in a lot of work to make this sale happen. We would definitely use Agents again if we ever need to sell, and we are also open-minded to buying at auction having seen how simple and stress-free it can be.
