Paramount Bathrooms

I recently purchased bathroom furniture from Paramount and I am very pleased with both the product quality and the buying process. The furniture is of great quality, looks beautiful and is sturdy. The whole process was easy and efficient, from order to delivery. It arrived quickly, in perfect condition and was exactly as described. I would highly recommend Paramount for anyone looking for high quality furniture for their bathroom!

Such Unprofessionalism - PLEASE AVOID! I usually don't write reviews however I have to add this since I feel it's necessary to let others avoid the stress, frustration and disappointment that we, as a family, have been through recently. We ordered two full sets of bathroom furniture and after a lot of delays when the items finally arrived, we faced major issues with the key items missing, basins with incorrect templates, scratches all over the furniture. The installation team came in as scheduled and upon reviewing the items found many other issues. When contacted no one bothered reaching out for 2 days. There are not even open for customer service on limited hours during the weekend. Finally I was told nothing will be refunded as they can't be "back on shelf". All they care is to sell and hardly understand the necessity of a department called customer service and the after-sales process. They don't care about the customer's sentiments or requirements. This is exactly what you don't want yourself to be associated with. Stay away from these bunch of unprofessionals who will only let you vent out your frustration on platforms like this and got nothing in place to amicably find solutions that works for both parties. I will try post more pictures and videos as a proof. Regards

Our new in-frame kitchen is stunning. Thanks to Andrew for being so patient with me. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
