We needed drawings and calculations for the removal of a pillar in our extended kitchen. Several companies were not interested in this small job as they preferred bigger projects but BDI had no hesitation. They were efficient and punctual and kept us informed at all stages with good communication. We would highly recommend them.

Steve and his team took on (the mammoth) task of not only producing many calculations for our new build bungalow, but also advising us and coordinating other necessary professionals. I honestly dont know how we would have navigated our way through without them. Our builder has commented that the detail and accuracy of calculations/drawings has made their job of building the bungalow so much easier - high praise indeed! Thanks to BDI for holding our hand and helping to turn our vision into reality.

A relative had recommended BDI to me as they had previous experience whilst having significant structural alterations to their property. As I required a load bearing wall removing and other structural alterations I engaged BDI to carry out a survey and provide me with the calculations and drawings needed to engage a suitable builder, and also of course for building regulation approval. I was not disappointed Micaela and her team were very helpful, efficient and informative. The package of information they provided was extremely comprehensive and will assist me in completing final building plans in order to receive quotations from suitable building contractors and also of course to satisfy local authority building control. As a result I would not hesitate in recommending their services.
