        Magazine failed to arrive, the phone system is really useless, seemed to think it was last year's that I hadn't received. Clearly customer service training for phone operators would be a good start.

        Magazine didn't arrive, advised it would be sent out if available. Eventually got it 2 weeks later. Next issue didn't arrive again, same emails back and forth confirming my address, onto the 3rd email now and still haven't received it. In the meantime they did send a letter which I received advising they added on an extra month to my initial subscription as an apology but still haven't received the magazine I subscribed for. They clearly have my address and can deliver things if they want to. Not worth the effort you would get the magazine quicker if just bought it in the shop.
