        If I had the option I would not leave the minimum 1 star! Dreadful service, please go anywhere else this shop does not uphold their caring adverts! I have NHS hearing aids after 2.5 years of having them I cant hear most words on my television! So no point in watching it. Throughout Covid I was government classed as highly vulnerable on top of this I had a recent heart attack! I recently went specsavers branch in sale Manchester for help initially they booked me an appointment but at another branch from where I have always gone and didnt tell Me! A waste of journey! I have told them of my condition and circumstances before , they told me NHS hearing aids are no good so I wont hear very well! I need a new left ear tube this was nearly 2 weeks ago still not received it uncaring staff at Sale Manchester.
