Two flats and three houses later - it has taken me two years to finally complete on a property purchase! Throughout this time I received the same excellent service from Direct Mortgages each time I attempted a new purchase. John (and more recently Tom) went above and beyond each time, not just arranging the most suitable lender to my personal situation as a good mortgage broker would, but also liaising with all parties involved in the purchase, giving the estate agent confidence in me as a purchaser, supporting my solicitor with regard to their involvement with the mortgage and deposit, and ultimately navigating with ease the final hurdle of exchange and completion - essentially facilitating the entire purchase from start to finish! It wasn't easy for me to find properties available to buy, never mind have an actual offer accepted in the 'blind bid' scenario I found myself in at the beginning of 2021 - for two years I was an almost first-time buyer in an extremely unforgiving and competitive marketplace. Despite constant stop-starts/let-downs, John was thoroughly professional, patient and supportive of me and my situation, giving me pragmatic, honest advice when needed and allowing me to see the bigger picture at times when I needed a boost! A remarkable and invaluable service. I would therefore be delighted to recommend John and the team to any friend or family member looking to organise a new mortgage or indeed to re-mortgage.

Dont even know were fo start with this review ! From start to finish Leanne and Alana have been absolutely amazing even though it wasnt a straight forward case they did everything they could to help me and my husband buy our first home ! Their communication has been fast every time and they are genuinely two of the friendliest people ive met. I dont think ill ever be able to thank them enough - we complete tommorow and wouldnt be here without them ! Wish i could give more stars i will highly recommend everyone to use them both in the future - Thank you so much again to you both x
