Cannot recommend Lucy more if you're looking for a broker to help with getting a mortgage. We were first time buyers and had no idea about the process of buying a house or getting a mortgage, and having Lucy at the end of the phone to ask questions to was a dream. She took the time at the start of our journey (over a year ago!) to talk us through the process, and since then has been reliable, quick and efficient when answering queries and updating AIPs. Everything was transparent and clear throughout. When it came to buying our house Lucy worked quickly to secure a good rate and was quick to reply to emails throughout. We always knew what we needed from her and her communication afterwards in terms of the mortgage application was clear. We are now very happy homeowners and couldn't have done it without Lucy arranging our mortgage for us.
