        The young lady I spoke to in the opticians department was so lovely and helpful. Very polite and very efficient! I am just sorry I didn't get her name, she helped me with a certain frame I was looking for and found it in no time. Then made an appointment for me the next day, that is what you call excellent service, thank you so much !!! Xxxxx

        I had my eye's tested and needed new glasses. that was just before Xmas and the arm has broken off and took them back to see if the would be able to sort them out .and the said it would cost me 50 .I thought they would ov been under warranty .
