My last long run before Manchester Marathon I had sudden onset of knee pain intermittently and I had to take a lot of pain relief to get through it. I booked an appointment with Cath, who quickly confirmed my injury. The treatment included massage, stretches and exercises for me complete. Cath gave me reassurance and focus for the marathon and recommended tapping. I rebooked with Cath the day before for tapping. I completed my marathon and ran the entire course. Thank you Cath I wouldnt have got through it without your treatment. I would highly recommend.

Cath was recommended to me following a skiing injury to my right knee. I damaged my MCL and ACL. Cath has been excellent and is very knowledgeable. After my initial consultation with her, she referred me to my GP. Subsequently I have been referred to an orthopaedic surgeon. Caths advice and exercises have enabled me to resume day to day activities. The orthopaedic surgeon has been impressed with how well Cath has rehabilitated me and has suggested that surgery may not be required. I would highly recommend Cath if you are looking for an experienced physio.

I`ve suffered with really painful Achilles issues for the best part of 10 years, attended NHS physio departments on numerous occasions and had more or less given up any hope of getting any real relief. A friend recommended Catherine so decided to call and make an appointment. In fairness she did advise me that due to the length of time I had the problem, it was unlikely she would be unable to cure it. However after a number of visits for acupuncture, massage, along with an exercise programme and advising me I needed to change my style of footwear there is a good deal of improvement, so I am continuing with my appointments fingers crossed for hopefully a little more improvement. Before treatment I walked really badly, now when I walk I don't resemble a penguin. Catherine is a very open down to earth person who I found easy to get on with and talk to. I would certainly recommend her if you feel you need Physiotherapy.
