I have had many dealings with different estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Craven have been the most professional and easy to deal with to date. This year I have mainly dealt with Hannah and she has been extremely helpful and very obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble and she goes above and beyond. I have recommended them to many friends and family who have also been very happy with their service. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

We have had nothing but excellent customer service from Craven. Hannah has always been there to help out with any queries we had and came back to us with a response in a day or two. The staff have always been polite and helpful I would definitely recommend Craven for a letting agent if your looking for rental.
