My mother in law paid nearly 1000 to this lot to have a family trust set up and had nothing but excuses for the last 18 months......

Useless company took over a year to try and sort out a will and still no progress

Because I have had to update an existing will , I decided to contact a Will writing company as opposed to solicitors.Richard Hodge of Family Matters was friendly professional and extremely helpful, He was able to sort out just what I needed to put in my Will, His patience and understanding of my needs is much appreciated. All this actioned over the telephone with minimum fuss,and need to travel to solicitors offices. I didn't know what power of attorneys was but family matters were fantastic and the guy I was dealing with Richard weren't through everything with me and made the process so easy. I could not recommend them more highly excellent service very professional and overall just a fantastic company.
