        Been trying to obtain my mothers will since Christmas. All relevant information required was obtained and sent. After 12 emails and requests I have now been told that if I ask them again to forward the will on they are going to charge me for each email and reply. Where they have to forward it to is a 100 yards away, even said we will pick it up and then the emails came back saying they are now going to charge me for replying. .

        Apparently solicitor Vicky Bladon is unable to return calls or send emails as her secretary has been away for two weeks. I have called the business 6 times awaiting a return call in the last four days, don't waste your time with this office!

        HAVING NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS SOLICITORS DOING THE CONVEYANCING ON THE PURCHASE OF MY PROPERTY FROM A BUYER BEEN GOING ON FOR 6 MONTHS SMALL CHAIN 3 IN CHAIN ALL BLAME EACH OTHER WILL BE OPENING A COMPLIANT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN AND LEAVING BAD REVIEWS ON ALL CONCERNED ( ABSOLUTE JOKE)
