AVOID AVOID AVOID. Missed my flight because I didnt get my result in time even after dropping in eurofins own drop box on Tuesday and today is Thursday and no result yet. If I could i would give them 0 start.

Awful service. They sent the test kits late and also in wrong order. I've waited for 7 days now for my test result but haven't got it. The customer service is not answering to any phone calls or emails.

Terrible company, don't reply to emails, on hold for ages to speak to a person, bad customer service and they charge 15 admin to cancel a test (even with a hospital letter saying not to travel).

Awful service. I ordered a depart test on 20th of May to secure that I will have results by on flight on 31 May. I have received my test kit sample at home only on 30th of May. Their contact services is a disgrace. The chance to have a talk is extremely low and, once I had a talk, the call operator was really rude. I would never recommend this company
