    Had my hair coloured by Michelle. The best Ive had in years!

    Michelle masks her poor skills by suggesting to clients to do weaves, so she will get more money and the customers will have a superficial result, but a long term damage on their hair. Also Michelle applies only blond dye to her customers. She has one skill only for blond dye which it makes her customers to look like clones of each other.

    It was my first visit to this hairdressers, I would like to warn anybody who want's to have a cut and blow dry to avoid this place like the plague. The cut was actioned , like a bird pecking at my hair, I asked for about 2inches to be taken off and to be reshaped. It was pecked at, telling me how lovely my hair was to keep me quiet. After the blow dry I looked like I had been pulled through a drain pipe, I was charged 20 as if I had asked for a cheap do, which was never the case .I was asked what book the stylist should take on her holiday.......One on how to cut hair should have been my reply ,as it was, I just wanted to get out of there. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER I am not surprised I am not on her appointment list, however, my appointment was on Saturday19th Feb2022@10am, I was called Phil as I entered, so someone must know I was there.     Today, 11/09/'21 I have attented Gallery Hairdresser for the first time after having a consultation on the previous day and was booked with the young lady, not Michelle. I have asked for a cut and blow dry, with some added layers, and a blow dry. From the moment she started comb and section my hair I had a feeling that this is going to be bad.. And it was... the most horrible haircut I have ever had .. Almost every end of hair strand that it was cut it was only half cut with the other half left to hang. The fringe had to be cut by Michelle, in a hurry, as the young lady was not confident with cutting it. There was no definition, no shape, no volume, no layers, terrible fringe...Absolutely no hairdresser skills... not even the basic one.!!! It may sound harsh, but this is the truth. The assistant has good customer skills, good for reception, very welcoming but not "cut" out to be a hairdresser. The cherry on top.:..when I wanted to pay,surprise..." we only accept cash". As a first time customer, I should have been informed beforehand, the previous day, about the payment method. Have left my mobile phone at the reception as a guarantee that I will be returning with the cash. Unprofessional, no transparency! All togheter, what it was meant to be something I was looking forward to, turned to be a disaster.. went home fuming, frustrated and in the end crying, looking in the mirror at my hair... First time and last time I will put my foot in this ... " hairdresser"! I hope this review will help other first time customers to think twice before having a haircut at this salon.
