Kane Funeral Services did all the arrangements for our late Mothers funeral. Done with total dignity and feeling, outstanding service. Jayne was excellent and helped us all the way. Whilst Steven gave the most amazing service, you would have thought he knew our mother personally, so sincerely done. I would recommend this funeral service if you wish your loved one to buried with both dignity and sincerity. Thank you all.

Thoroughly disappointed and let down by Kanes. They collected my father's body after he passed away for the coroner and I decided I'd stick with them for his funeral services too. The lady who was working with me went on holiday for a week and the service offered was utterly diabolical in her absence. I called three days in a row to ask where my father's body was and if/when they'd collect it from the coroner. No one could tell me where the body was, or even if they'd gone to collect it. I was promised a call back each day and no one called and despite repeated chasing no one could tell me where the body was or what was going on. I cannot overstate how upsetting and distressing it is to have a loved ones body lost, and to be dealing with a company who made it clear on each call that they didn't care, and weren't willing to help resolve the issue. Needless to say after AN ENTIRE WEEK of chasing Kanes and trying to find my father and get some idea of what was happening moving forwards to no avail, I switched to a different funeral service provider and went forward with them and not Kane. The last straw was me calling to complain about the horrendous service and being promised a call back from a manager, and shockingly no one bothering to call back, yet again. As I write it's three days since I raised a formal complaint and I'm still waiting for the phantom manager to call or for anyone at Kanes to even show the slightest hint of empathy or concern for what happened. Save yourself the potential heartache and trauma and use someone else for your funeral needs, in my experience Kanes couldn't have been much worse.

Thank you to all staff involved for a highly professional, caring and dignified funeral in January 2018. Guided by the experienced hands of Jayne Young the process was made as easy as it could be under the circumstances. A relief to have Kane Funeral Services on board. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Jane at Kane's for arranging the most beautiful service for my mum . She did everything we asked of her and more and made it so easy for our family . She is extremely empathetic and we are very grateful to her
