        The manager here Nat is very unprofessional, she was very insensitive to my autistic friend as he struggles to explain himself properly, Im really unhappy about how rude she was to him and how she treated him. This is very unfair and she shouldnt treat vulnerable people like this. He was very embarrassed and does not want to return to this store again, Nat is supposed to be the manager she should have some better training on how to deal with disabled customers and be kind to all.

        Amazing customer service! Adam (Sainsburys Sale) went really out of his way to help me and let my children choose the watches they wanted. Wish all retail assistants were half as good as Adam.
