The worst service ive received. I hate going into salons for this very reason. I explain that i wanted my eyebrows trimming and then laminating when i go in to get my patch test the member of staff said that would be perfectly fine we can do that for you. Again on my appointment i say i need my eyebrows shaping and trimming before any lamination as they have gotten out of hand; i even show several pictures of the shape i want and emphasise i dont want bushy brows. I sit down in the chair and she puts gels on my eyebrows. When i ask does she trim them after the lamination she says no we dont trim laminated eyebrows because it doesnt give the fluffy effect. This woman was never going to trim my eyebrows she was simply doing the treatment how she wanted and i now have eyebrows that i absolutely hate and are exactly what i said i didn't want. I am paying for a service and if you say you can do something you need to make sure you do it. I now have what i dreaded and i cant stand paying high costs for beauticians that dont follow through on the request of a client. If i go to a salon and ask for bleach blonde hair you dint then go and give me brown. I will never be going there again! Service: Brow lamination

Both Kerry and Sophie were excellent. Great atmosphere in the salon and really pleasant company while they were doing our nails. Both me and my wife thought the quality was the best we've had in gel nails, care taken in removing old gels, attention to detail in covering the whole nail and two weeks on there is no peeling or cracks so we will definitely be only going here for our nails in the future. Have already recommended to friends.

Had a lash lift & tint with Kerry. She was very easy going and made the whole experience very relaxing, and my lashes look great!! Highly recommend
