Booked in over my lunch hour, only to get there and be told that the person Id booked with (I didnt book with anyone specific it was auto assigned) doesnt work there until next week. Blamed it on an issue with Booksy but, if you were aware of it, why wouldnt you contact people who would be showing up for non-existent appointments? They have probable arranged stuff around that appointment (like I had). Apparently, the new ownership hasnt gone well. Wont be going here anymore now.
