Lloyds Bank

Great service, I feel they really care about their customers. although I think they should invest in having 2 to 4 people able to do British sign language, as I had to help out a lady and man who were finding it difficult to explain themselves to the person they were engaging with.

Not a busy Lloyds branch. I seldom see a long quene at this branch. Thus I can usually pay in money or withdraw cash in no time.

Had an appointment this morning and the customer service was excellent throughout the team A lady called Helen on the front desk was so helpful and I am truly grateful. Thank you

Untruthful and disappointing service. I went into this bank 10 minutes before closing time. Lady at the front desk took my card details and used the phone. Without speaking to anyone on the phone, she ended the call within a few seconds and said it is a 1 hour waiting time! Advisor on the helpline confirmed that there was no queue and all the front desk lady needed to do is to call the same team on that helpline, which only took 2 minutes for me to get to! Disappointing service from lloyds in general, as service was refused in 2 different branches, both blaming long waiting times!
