I've ordered a few frames from these guys over the last couple of years and their service has been excellent with great customer service for any issues (on my ordering being incorrect). Wayne was very friendly and helpful and the products are very good value for money for standard and made-to-measure frames, with advice about mounting.

Be warned, they encourage you to upload your images, giving the impression throughout the whole process that you shall receive a framed image. Far from it, you receive an empty overpriced frame that is of a lesser quality than you would buy from IKEA. And they have a no returns policy, claiming that their frames are made to measure, they 100% are not, standard frames. Terribly misleading crooked organisation.
