Jack supported our transfer over to Evolve from another supplier. The whole process was professional and friendly. He even noticed an error where we had been charged a significant amount extra to what we should have been paying with the previous provider, and helped us to claim the outstanding amount back. This was something that would not have been noticed by us, so we were extremely grateful for his very quick observation and help. The changeover to Evolve was smooth and easy. They helped us through each step, particularly as we were ending our previous contract early. They basically did most of the legwork for us. We now have a superior printer for a reasonable cost. We've not required any support from them since having the printer (which is always a good sign), but I have no doubt that the customer service will continue to be outstanding, as it has been so far.

Customer service is key to everything these days and Evolve have mastered it. Having had previous experience of Ross, we knew we were in good hands. As a local company, Evolve have provided a quality product in the way of a new copier, quality service in how they handled our switch from our previous copier company and will no doubt continue to provide quality support. A professional, competitive and courteous company who do exactly what they say they will.
