Awful company to deal with. Sold a product tat wasn't accurately described on their website and are refusing to honour their commitment under consumer trades act to allow me to return the product at no cost to me. Avoid this company. I can see a reply suggesting that I do not know how to set this product up. The issue is that the radiator uses old wifi technology 2.4Ghz, which is not compatible with routers that work on 5gHz networks. Please do not blame your customers for not providing accurate product details on your website. It's also not a good look to publish confidential information. Not only did you attempt to not meet my consumer rights, you have also published confidential information, breaking GDPR regulations.

A struggle to get any information off them, and very poor communication. Some otems not well described. Look elsewhere.

Appalling service. I cannot say about product because I have never received one. I cannot get a refund for the item I bought 3 weeks ago. Second time I placed the order it took 5 days to proceed and to dispatch. My request to use different courier other than DX was ignored. As a result I still cant receive my order. Its been 3 frustrating weeks and a total waste of time. I wasted a lot of time chairing my order plus my refund. I wish I have never bought from them. Would not recommend this company to anyone
