        Am partially disabled and had no heating or hot water over last weekend. On Monday was given EPPHs address in Ipswich and went round to their office. The staff said initially Wednesday to Friday to get to me, but when they found I was disabled they sent 2 men round that afternoon. The men who arrived got the system going again and found the problem. The bill was very fair and Id just like to say the staff in the office and the men who attended my house were diamonds. A business is only as good as the staff they employ! Congratulations 10 out of 10 from me. David Hunter

      • Grange farm car care

        After months of issues at home following a boiler installation by another firm who just vanished when there was a problem, these guys came and put right there mistakes. Now finally we have hot water and heating without having to reset our boiler.

        The worst engineering company in the UK! I have never been treated so badly as a customer before and the work done was so clumsily done I have to go get another quote elsewhere! Do not use
