Was looking for a local electrical company and came across CJ Electrical, so i thought i would give them a try.From the first call to them attending i was informed all the way. SOLAR NIGHTMARE This company installed our expensive solar system. The inverter failed after 2 years. I contacted them in May 2021 sending all the information, photos etc. They eventually came on July 30th and were unable to sort out the issue and seemed clueless about how the system they had installed actually worked. They claimed that the inverter needed to be connected to the internet so the manufacturer could sort the problem and this would cost extra. I agreed to pay the extra. I contacted them one month later having heard nothing. No reply. It is now December and nothing has happened. We have not generated solar energy for most of the year. The inverter manufacturer will only go through the installer. So I am stuck in the middle. I am going to have to replace the inverter at my own expense even though it is guaranteed because this company is completely hopeless at responding. Please use somebody else to do your electrical work and save yourself a lot of hassle and further expense. Service: Installation
