Very knowledgeable and helpful team. My first time preparing artwork for screen printing and Hunt the moon helped me understand the process. Very happy with the custom made screen. I also purchased their clamps after speaking to them, very glad I did. Will be using again

I had purchased Hunt the Moon products to clean and coat a screen. This was the first time I had tired to do it myself, but I had previously done this at University; therefore I was aware of the process. The Diazo Sensitiser came separately, which may be normal within the industry, but this was the first time I had used it myself. I read the instructions, and had previously watched a number of YouTube videos to ensure that I understood how to prepare the emulsion, the read the Hunt the Moon label, where it outlined that I needed to fill the small bottle a quarter of warm water, shake empty the context within the photo emulsion bottle and repeat. I did this - but my photo emulsion could only hold approximately 1.5 of the warm shaken water. I allowed the photo emulsion to sit for one hour, I filled my scoop, only to find out it was runny and nothing like the YouTube videos I had previously seen, nor experienced at University. I think the most simplest way was to put a line on the Diazon Sensitizer to mark out where it needed to be filled to, and maybe outline the consistency the liquid should be, because I am now feeling like I have wasted my time and money with these products.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I brought a product and its faulty, called them multiple times and sent multiple emails . Its been over 15days and they still havent reasoned. Every time I get through to someone on the phone they tell me someone will call back but they never do. If your looking for quality screen printing exposer services or any supplies, I advise you to look someone else. They made me a custom exposed screen and the emulsion started coming off after 1 use.
