James was very professional in diagnosing the problem with my koi, after testing the quality of the pond water, and then netting the koi to have a good look at the wound. He was very forth coming with the diagnoses and the best treatment to proceed with. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use his company in future as the need arises. Thank you James.

James carried out a first class job rectifying the problem of a badly leaking tile pond constructed by a landscaping company. Before he arrived the pond level was falling rapidly resulting in almost emptying after 3 days but now he has completed his remedial work, I have no water loss at all. Not only that, but he has provided helpful answers to my on-going queries about pond care. Would highly recommend SAS.

I took a punt on this company after my pond pump declared itself not fit for purpose and blocked up again and SAS suggested a pond overhaul with a better system. They described what could be achieved, showed me some images of how it might look and quoted me promptly for the work which was itemised and clear. The transformation is now complete and is incredible. The two guys who came to do the work were wonderful, really patient, knowledgeable and skilled. They rebuilt the interior of the pond underwater landscape, plumbed in the pump including digging a tunnel to hide the pipes and cables and re-landscaped the surrounding area. The plants were given a health check, the water and the fish are now all at optimum health and I am delighted. They will come back to check on things and service the pond which is a real relief and I can highly recommend this company based on a first class collective performance at Fernpass!
