Seriously, Jonh Doe! Come on google do something about this you cant just give yourself a review to up your score. In response to Heathrow London Chauffeurs: We did think 83 was very good. Much better than any other company. Which is why we confirmed it 2/3 times, just to make sure that we were not reading it wrong. Every time we were told 83. The reason we picked you to take us to the airport was for the price, otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. You cannot confirm the wrong price 2/3 times and then expect us to pay more the day before the trip, that is extortion. You should honour the price you gave and the price you confirmed 2/3 times. It is not our fault you dont read your emails properly. It is not our fault you gave us the wrong price 2/3 times. It is your fault and therefore you should accept the consequences. To everyone that is thinking of using this company, I think their response to my previous review is telling - We dont do charity. Could you imagine if anyone else said that to you - walking into a high street shop and being told at the till that the price will be over three times what is shown on the tag and when you complain the staff say we dont do charity. Update: I completely forgot about this company and the review that I wrote until I got an email from google saying my review was doing well. To my surprise I found that Heathrow London Chauffeurs had responded to my review almost 2 years after it was originally posted with a number of accusations. 1. They have given out some detail about me and my partner. I am sure that giving even part of a post code must violate some sort of GDPR regulation. I have followed this up with ICO and will contacting google to have this removed. 2. Heathrow London Chauffeurs claim that all my reviews are 1*. You can see for yourself that I have given other star ratings a mixture of different levels. Visit my profile to see for yourself. 3. Heathrow London Chauffeurs claim that we asked for a last minute discount. This is not true. They confirmed a price and tried to up the price at the last minute. The new quoted price was over 3 times higher than the original. I will be contacting google to have the reply to my review removed, but all the lies show what sort of company this is.
