I wanted to give this disappointing loyalty App feedback, at several locations for loyal coffee drinkers etc . I have already responded to the company who asked my feedback, and nothing! I went to a local park (Dulwich) and to my frustration again as last time, the app only registered one coffee (not two) this happened twice now??? And on previous times never happened at all!!! (On one occasion with with friends we had several coffees and the app never worked). The manageress was also baffled (and also very kind and helpful) as she tried to help me again as last time too. This is a app that doesnt work properly, Im surprised as this has been going on moth months! Please sort it out ASAP or print out the basic loyalty cards as before.
