They sent me a defective vinyl and don't reply to emails after that, they just disappeared. UPD: A few months later they sent me another copy of the LP for free. It was also defective - this time on the left track, but not throughout the album. Thanks anyway, it's better than the original one, but I still haven't received any answer to my letters. Now I have two identical LPs with defects, ok :)

I also had a defective limited edition record from these guys. When I first contacted them they seemed helpful, and after some emailing back and fourth (including me sending a video of the fault as requested), I thought I was getting somewhere. I wasnt fussed about another special edition - just a regular copy without the fault wouldve been fine. When I couldnt produce a receipt (as the record was a gift), they just stopped responding to my emails! Just ghosting a customer like that is really immature.
