        I had an e-consult here having been sent incorrectly by my GP. Unfortunately the pharmacist (Kar Man) consulting informed me that he couldn't prescribe the medication I needed as this needed to come from the GP directly. However, he was really helpful in subsequently helping me get the medication. I had a real nightmare trying to obtain it but Carmen went out of his way to firstly contact the surgery on my behalf and followed up several times with myself until I had received the medication. I have subsequently moved from my originally nominated pharmacy to this one as I got the feeling that they genuinely care and will be reliable.
