The staff here are knowledgeable and always helpful, I just wish they had more of the wines that I ask for. I understand they carry a lot already. I want more!

Excellent service from the Vauxhall store ordering drinks and glasses for my party. Team were super helpful and responsive, even when they are clearly very busy. Would recommend to anyone ordering drinks and loaning glasses for a party!

0 stars. I have vouchers to use with them and for some reason their server is "down". Meaning they cant accept vouchers?! But apparently you can still pay by card?! How does that work?! One time i wanted to use these vouchers and I cant. Server down since Friday and wont be up again till Monday! Absolute joke. Shoddy service. Couldnt even exchange the vouchers for cash for me to use. Also- its much more expensive here than elsewhere. Warning- do not visit.
