Acorn Kennington Estate Agents

I recently had a disappointing experience with Acorn Estate Agents and Letting Agents while looking for an apartment. I came across a beautiful apartment listed for 1,500 per month and proceeded to submit my documents for the rental application, highlighting my salary of around 85,000. However, the process took a turn for the worse when I received a call from the agency. During this call, I was informed that the property owner was asking for more money to rent the apartment, raising the price to 1,600. To make matters worse, the agent used unprofessional language and stated, "we found someone better than you." They implied that I would need to pay the increased amount if I wanted the property, which I found highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a potential tenant, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism throughout the rental process. Unfortunately, my experience with Acorn Estate Agents and Letting Agents fell far short of these expectations. I will be looking elsewhere for my housing needs and encourage others to do the same if they value professionalism and respectful communication.
