I wanted to use their Collect+ parcel drop-off service but after carrying some heavy boxes there, I was told the system wasn't working and to come back on Monday. Unreliable Collect+ point and you may also waste your time by going here. Update: I returned again today after carrying two large 10KG boxes there. The parcels were refused again and I was told the machine was broken again - "come back on Monday". It seems like they don't like to take large Collect+ parcels here so don't bother - take them to Pimlico Food and Wine instead and let them have the payment instead. You'll get better service there, than at this store. These people just always say the Collect+ machine is broken and come back on Monday. Well, I'd never go back any day! Reported the shop using the Yodel Collect+ website and they replied and said the terminal was working on both of those dates and times - says it all really!

If using the Paypoint service, be aware that the shopkeeper will charge you for top ups (he will even put it under a separate transaction which confirms it's not Paypoint's system that is charging the customer). I've had Paypoint and the retailer both confirm that this sort of transaction should not incur any fee. As a local, I've had to use his services many times over the years - he's always grumpy and you are always felt like an inconvenience to him. I've never bothered complaining because some people are just "quirky". But he's now conned me out of real money, so it needs to stop. He's been reported anyway but best to check your rights before you go in.
