        Incredibly rude. Spoke on the phone and agreed for him to come to have a look to see what needed to be done ; I live locally and was aware of the hourly rate the guy never turned up nor rang to apologise for not coming. Waste of time and unreliable, very disappointing. I can't recommend. Would give - 5 stars if I could just to express how insulting this behaviour felt to me.
