Would never use this service as very unprofessional. Seen work provided to one of our charity clients. Grounds work messy and unfinished. Lead worker has a poor attitude, uses intimidation and abusive language to clients who complain, to justify poor workmanship. Although Rene, from Ground Team, says I do not know what I am talking about,,, This is, actually, worrying.. If you are a service provider, which Ground Team profess to be.. In the current climate ( and 21st century ) you need empathy with your clients. Addressing ALL ( 1 star ) replies with negative connotations underlies a communication failing. It would be far better to proffer a solution to client woes. This being said, I can clearly affirm these are Cowboys as proof please view pictures shown by my charity client. phoned them to get a few quotes without giving away too much personal info / gdpr rules . got a rude reply " if u dont want to do the back im not interested .. i had six other projects which he lost the opportunity rude and impolite
