We attended the acupuncture clinics and the Qi Gong classes. We have great respect for this center and the services they provide for the community. The staff are also very kind and helpful.

The best foot care I had anywhere, Ian Bruce is brilliant and has great people skills as well as insights and foot knowledge. He's a genius at reading x-rays. I was lucky to see him, he was the only person in 7 months to diagnose my Navicular fracture, by which time it was very serious. Physios, doctors insisted it wasn't broken and flatly refused to send me for a weight bearing x-ray, let alone a scan. I agree with others on the phone service, it's poor, seldom answered and when they do answer it's like wading through porridge! surely this can be improved? your letting the excellent medical care and patients down.

Agreed with some others, needed a bit training/update on customer service/admin side. However Alex whos doing my treatments is excellent. Hes experienced and knows what he is doing.
