I had my hair cut washed and dried for the first time and I have to say the attention I received was great I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived for my appointment at the salon it was very clean very friendly and they listened to all my requirements and made sure that every thing I asked for I got nothing was to much trouble for them I will definitely be going back again I highly recommend ora hair boutique thank you Linda xx

I visited Ora in hopes for an Ash tone balayage with the promise that the colour I wanted would be achieved and the quality of my hair will be amazing. 150 and 9 hours later, Ive come out with Hair that looked better than the first round of bleaching (which was supposed to be the final product), but still had noticeable streaks of greeny yellow blonde (supposed to be ash tone balayage) . Regardless after sitting for 9 hours I wanted to be done but now 1 week later after the first wash, my hair has chunks of yellow, green and a brassy orange running through it with uneven application and every hairstylist nodding there head at the sight of it. Ive now had to come to Supercuts to save my hair with extra money and time spent, because I was told to pay extra at Ora to get my hair fixed? Whilst I appreciate the discount on my balayage, I do not recommend the service if your hair is dark as it went completely wrong. In saying all of this, I cant doubt the professionalism and demeanour of hairdresser or owner Linda, as they were so generous and customer service was great. Just really gutted that hair itself was terrible and they still wanted to charge me extra to rectify the mistake. Service: Hair coloring
