        Im enjoying my sessions at F45, The classes are well organised and demanding. The coaching staff explain each exercise before the classes start and then monitor you through to ensure you are doing the movements correctly, if not, they will point it out and offer alternatives in case something is not working out. all the staff is very helpful and friendly. the facilities are well kept, clean and modern

        Good size workout space, friendly trainers and clean gym. Would recommend. Only downside is the bring your own towel situation.
